    Please help need info on component back on x1900xtx

    Hi i need some help this component came off my x1900xtx

    When my cat nocked a cooler of my screen down to my gfx laing on the table
    it is for the fan controller because it runs at full sped alle the time.
    i have tried to put a new on but it is not the same numbers it is from a old ati 9700pro an it cant hold the fan down it raises slowly to full in 5 minutes..

    Please can some one help me??

    The component indicated seems a couple of shotky diodes used as protection.
    The package seems a sot23 and the 1 pin on one side is connected to the cathode of both diodes. The 2 pins on other side are the two separate anodes of diodes.
