I used the VFSB mod today, and set to 1.53v, nb is @ 1.95 (pencil mod), still no real progress, will now boot up a 380fsb, with E6600 Stepping 5 @ 1.4v. Even using 1.5 vcore will not allow any more fsb. I think the limit here is that I'm running 1900's in Crossfire and also Raid 0. This cpu is known to hit 3.85.

Has anyone else had good results??

    regards

    hi raju
i also have 1900xt crossfire and raid 0 on 2 raptors, mine runs flawlessly at 400fsb with same processor as yours, the only difference is i have watercooling on the northbridge, if you let us know your bios settings re volts and ram i'll compare them to mine for you and let you know any different settings

nb is @ 1.95 with air cooling, vtt 1.53. I can set vcore from 1.4 all the way to 1.6, will not post over 380 fsb. Ram timings are manually set, and well within ram speed.

    C1E function is disabled (speedstep)

Are there any other options you have disabled/enabled?

What is your nb voltage and temp with watercooling -perhaps that's where the difference lies..

hiraju the nb is at 1.75 and never goes over 42 degrees, also the other voltage is at 1.35 cpu at 1.275 plus .2125, i have c1e enabled and also have ppm enabled whatever that is in the genie bios settings, i do have my ram at 2.35 volts as well, on a side note dfi have pulled the 0707 bios off the beta bios page now so maybe an update is on the way
