and of course,,, the infamous life long never ending Vcore Droop ?

how bad is it andre and dont fib... whats the droop like

and the PCI-X slots i think its time they did away with those
regardless if its a "workstation" mobo i have never in my life seen any workstation use PCI-X and i havent seen a PCI-X device for a good 7 years.

no work station or company with workstations in their right mind would go and buy this board, and use some ancient pci-x card in it.
i mena seriously what ever uses pci-x ? SCSI cards ? ok fine. what else ??
    and why two ?
1 PCI-X slot at the bottom of the baord is all thats needed.
    and 1 PCI-E slot.

and did anyone else notice that this has 1.8v on the NB Chipset ? !

meh many people still use the good old trusty U320 SCSI PCI-X raid controllers.....normally two per system

some of the systems i've built in the past had to have PCI-X slots for super expensive video editing hardware cards..........this is a big market...and about time someone put some PCI-X slots in there

    Some 975 or 965 mobos cannot use FSB 400 4:5 DDR2 1000 CL=4

But WS Pro has no this problem.

...Mr.Yang you just made my day ....
it's nice to wake up and read that kinda news about the motherboard you've been waiting for so long...
(still use the non-pro version of WS and i really hate to switch mobos
as i'd REALLY like to keep my PCI-X LSI sata300x8 RAID 5)

the only thing that remains unclear is the release date...

    but bios set fsb>400
    and 1.8v MCH
    sure looks promising...

(if it's not too much to ask...
do you have a pci-x card so that you can check out if works ok at those frequencies?)

thanks again for th good news

if they put a PCI-E Slot on this Mobo i would have bought it. imagine how fast it would be!

no good for games until it gets PCI E

i would use them scsi HD's in raid 0 with a conroe and a GX2
