Nice job! I like the your attention to detail. You gotta post more pics. I've heard bad things about the plastic barbs. Are you going to replace those with the CT barbs?

Nice. Clean. I've had plastic barbs in my setup before. It was a pain in the ass to get the tubing off them. I'd suggest getting some good metal ones.
it don't get any better than that , well done , aned i would also go with the metal barbs

I have never adjusted the voltage on a meanwell power supply before & could use some help. I have a cheepazz digital multimeter called cen-tech. got it for $6.00 in a yard sale but I think should be alright to dial in the Mean Well power supply. The settings on the meter for DCV are 200m, 2000m, 20, 200, & 1000. what do I set it to? also the red probe can be plugged into two places one reads 10ADC and the other VmA I'm guessing I should plug it into the 10DC. One more thing what do I touch the probs to to take the reading? and do I have to do it under load or not? I think that should about cover it all... Thanks!
Here is a pic of the meter, hope it helps

ok then adjusting the voltage I can get 19.8V then the pot bottoms out. nikhsub1 what voltage are you running your pump at? And if it is 17V how do you get it there???

Mine will go down to just below 18V or so... but they dont all go that low it seems. I run mine at 24v FTW.

Set it to the "200" scale as nikhsub1 stated but use the Black="com" and the Red=V/ohm/Ma plugs. The other is for reading up to 10amps DC "through" the meter.Originally Posted by OCme
You touch the red lead to the "Output" DC "Positive (+)" terminal and the black lead to the DC "negative (-)" terminal to read the output for the pump. I do NOT have the power supply you are talking about but the theory is the same, 120v AC in = adjustable DC out.

Switch is easy, just put a switch on the + line between the PSU and Pump, make sure its rated for 120W-ish (240W startup current on RD-30) 1st...

If the switch is placed between the PSU & pump the PSU will be on continously. I would be more inclined to put the switch before the PSU.Originally Posted by creidiki

The output of the pump should be at the inlet of the waterblock, not to the radiator.
I like for the radiator to absorbe the heat dump from the pump first.Originally Posted by Viktor
