    Intel mb can disable 1 core and gain +80Mhz

    Everyboard can disable one core, check your msconfig then advance, you know what i am talking about
    but i and Coolaler all tried , no helps at all.

    You must disable it in bios, not msconfig. Not sure if they have the same effect but msconfig might not help, bios +~80Mhz This, however, might be chip specific but 1 core should go higher than 2

    can you select which core to disable? couse maybe one ocs more than the other
