This is proof that Conroes are probably in stock at many places already.

Some will try to sell the X6800's first since most people will not buy them once all models are released!

*cough* *cough* As a micro center employee, I can say for a fact that the Kansas store has the full line of conroes (at least two of each) as of 07/6/06.

Course we cant even buy them yet as our sales manager has locked them up till the 14th, fortuantly myself and a friend employee are wating for kentsfields.

I looked through some of their other items and all of them say

"This item not returnable"

Also they have a C for reseller rating, so I wouldn't buy from them anyways.

can you point to the link?
I ordered from today and checked their Bizrate and Reseller Rating
and they seem fine to me. Maybe the RR is a bit low but Reading their lastest customer commits at RR seems their improving. But the finally assurence came when their sale manger called me to verify the order. He assured me of the stock. So I guess we'll wait and see. I'll let you guys know if they pull through or now.

Edit: also people are pre-ordering from buy.com and their rating is a 5.03

about 30 Mins ago, He was very courteous, and assures me my order is in and he will update me tomorrow, as he was calling from home. I don't think they are a huge company, probably more like a Tankguyz operation. But It's a good sign he's on top of his work even on a Sunday. I don't know how this will pan out, but I guess this is a make it or break it for him, as we'll see in a couple of days. I'll post any updates to come

Maybe it's not good to judge them on just their reseller rating since there is only 8 ratings from them. Didn't see their bizrate one. I'm sure now that they aren't too bad. Just gotta cover all your bases first. Goodluck on the sale! Also, I was just commenting on how they have the "This item is not returnable" on all their products and not just the X6800. So it's probably just a store wide policy for them.

Not looking good on Monsterix. I just clicked the link provided here, went to their site and clicked Add to Cart and it already showed a shipping address, I assume from a previous customer (I'm on my home system, btw, and I've never visited their site):

Yea, I emailed them about that. I can no longer pull up that addressed. I'd be pissed if that was mine. So I made sure I told them about it...

Now I gotta get a board, my BAd Axe died after 5 hours of use under Phase, Seems like every Intel board I touch, dies on me due to condensation. Any board out there thats insulation friendly?

Thats not me. I tried going on there site and clicked on add without signing on and i clicked checkout and it requires me to login or new account?

Those "review" sites are crap all the crappy companys leave reviews for themselves..:-/ and they get "certified" and people think that means its ok, but really the review sites are just as big of crooks as the scams that are reviewied on there..just thought you'd like to know..I learned the hard way..
