    My Badaxe XP-rience

    I got the Badaxe rev304 for my E6600 ES conroe.

    I played with it for the last dayz, here is my impresion:
    BIOS 1304

    - The Bios will freeze somtimes when hitting Y to save.
    - running speedfan will reset the vcore to stock.
    - running sandra will reset the vcore to stock.
    - if I run cpuz, Intel temp monitor will no longer work.
    - if I run speedfan, Intel temp monitor will no longer work.
    - clockgen, systool dont work 100% for fsb oc, clockgen will not work right, and sys tool will freeze somtimes even if the speed is stable.
    - not all fsb/mem combo work at firsy try.

    I will add more as I find them.
    If you know any work around for any of those, plz let me know

    never used intel temp monitor.. use coretemp for readings

    Dual Stressprime 2004 idle and load temps:

    Room ambient: 25.3C
    CPU idle: 33C/34C
    CPU load: 59-60C for both cores

    @9x416fsb = 3750Mhz

    vcore = 1.441v
    mch = 1.725v
    fsb = 1.395
    vdimm = 2.2v

    never had the freeze issue in bios.

    I've occasionally had the "freeze" after changing something in the bios. For me it never actually freezes completely, just takes a significantly longer than normal time to do the reboot. When I go into the bios after that happens I can see that the updates were ok.

    I've also had the BIOS freeze up a few times. Not on the "Y" but just being in the BIOS.

    Yes, there are problems running CPU Z and Intel hardware monitor. CPU Z crashes the Intel HW monitor (I use Crystal CPUID now and it prevents the Intel HW from crashing).

    I don't use speedfan and sandra.
