Talking Help!! MJ-12 is going too fast!!

I am having around 5-10 buckets ready to upload at any time speaking, but how the hell can I improve my compression speed? It slows everything down, LOL... Upload size/speed isn't the problem or bottleneck...

    Please help me

Turn the compression down. It'll result in more upload, but a quicker compression.

It is my dual core rig -> 1 core is running grid, the other IS dedicated for MJ12.

I'll try less compression, then. Seems like a need to find settings that work for me...

    It worked!!!

I am using WinRar with low compression. Uploads are larger, but faster. Just dumped the 150k URLs I downloaded yesterday
