How to: Manage the multiplier with Conroe ES Step 5 without problems !

Thanks to Franck@X86 for his help, he had help me to find how to manage the multiplier :

Si tu veux hanger librement le coeff :
- utilise un éditeur MSR (comme celui de crystal)
- édite le MSR 0x1A0
- mets le bit 16 Ã:banana: 1 (EIST on) et le bit 25 Ã:banana: 0 (C1E off), soit dans eax : 0x61850089

Dans le power options de Windows, mets toi en mode desktop / toujours actif.

A partir de lÃ:banana: le changement de coeff de crystal va fonctionner.

approximately translated :

-use an MSR Editor same as CrystalCPUID
-Edit the MSR : 0x000001a0
-Set the bit 16 to 1 -> 0x61850089

into the power management of windows set always on

then have fun !!!

Possible too use crystalCPUID on Step6 as well, the problem is... Booting with 8x multi isnt possible..?
