    E6600 + 7900GTX Sli

    Setup:

Intel 975XBX "Bad Axe" rev 304 (vmodded)
    E6600 on stock Intel cooler
    2X512Mb Kingston PC4300 3-3-3
    2X EVGA 7900GTX
    Tagan U15 580W

I just started playing around with this stuff, it'll take me a few days to get the best out this setup ... everything is still on stock cooling. I love the Conroe, it produces outstanding performance, but i love the most the way SLI works paired with a strong CPU ... check out the Nature score, it's simply amazing.

First full power run trough 2k1 produced 65014 ... still need better memory and to vmod the cards just to prove what this can do on aircooling. Too bad i can't fit the Vapo LS on this board .

1.475V ... it gets too hot with 1.5V or more on that cooler.

A little more tweaking, i'm done for today. Hope to beat Kyosen's 67.1k tomorrow with the help of better memory

Conroe is really showing some great result. Hopefully K8L will match this performance. Still though, nice scores! Congrats.

EDIT: Your Nateure score is a lot higher than Kyosen's too. Good job!

Somehow Romania ( and Bulgaria) never gets enough attention when it comes to overclocking but it is well deserved !

Have you still got those 6600GT's ?

    Regards

holy crap that is a ridiculous nature

micutzu mind posting some of your tweaks? I believe that is the fastest nature thus far. You beat Kyosen and Kinc/Crotale by a fair amount on that nature

Thats the highest I've seen a conroe on stock cooler. Pretty damn amazing! Be nice to hit 4ghz on stock cooler if a step 6 comes out lol. Wishful thinking I know.

    Thanks a lot!

Thanks Andy and all the other guys as well ... will be trying to impress you even more
The highest Nature is Macci's, 766.2fps i believe, even if no one else could even come close even with similar clocks. I don't have any special tweaks, just the usual drivers performance settings, LOD and a little higher PCI-e clocks. The real strenght is in the CPU and these EVGA cards, they clock very well in stock form.

Too bad you posted such a inconspicuous title to a second best nature run on the ORB without any mods on the vid cards .. The hunt for 67.5k on plain AIR ***STOCK*** would have been more eloquent.

Go for it Micutzu .. i bet your signature is going to get bigger and bigger these days.

Pushing more on the CPU, 3.9+Ghz benchable with 1.6V in BIOS on Scythe Ninja. Also, moved to Teamgroup DDR800 Micron D9's, still alot more to tweak on the memory.
