I am not sure if it's a WR... I kind of remember one slightly higher. However, that is one HELL of an overclock.. very nicely done.
What's the highest 3D stable you have been able to do? Would you mind doing a Sandra Buffered test?
Intel C2E QX6850 @ 3.33GHz, ASUS P5K Premium, OCZ 8GB PC2-6400, eVGA 8800GT, OCZ ModXStream 720W, Thermalright Ultra-120
Seagate 500GB, 750GB & 1TB, Samsung 20x DVD-RW, ASUS Xonar D2X, Antec P182, Ultrasone PRO 750, Dell 2408WFP, Gentoo 2008.0

i'll try sandra and 3d....bbl

For X2, you need to complete 2 spi runs for it to count, since you're only stressing half of your memory. Just feel the difference when you touch the heatspreaders.

Thanks a lot Supertim0r, that is one impressive overclock! That's some sweet bandwidth
Let us know if it's 3D stable over a period of time.![]()
Unless you don't plan to keep that overclock.

Got a fan over those memory sticks? No? Well get to it before you kill them

Then why does mem get a lot hotter when running 2x pi, rather than one? And why am 1x32M stable at a higher speed or less vdimm than 2x32M?Originally Posted by ozzimark
because you're stressing the ram more with two instances of superPI (which means what you said is right in a way, it's just usually a cpu stress thing to make sure both cores work properly)Originally Posted by thunderstruck!
the only reason two isntances of superPI doesn't stress the ram more with a single core is because only one instance gets cpu time at once.. so there shouldn't really be a difference, other than the run takes a LOT longer

Where does one get these new 16TD1 based modules?
Only 1GB modules I see at Crucial are the Ballistix Tracer modules...?
