according to Intel 975xbx , conroe isn't COOL.
    when 1.55v(actual volt.), temp=78c~85c loaded.
    Tower120+3*1238 papst, XS Air cooling , ambient=20c.
the temp shows in MSI/ASUS bios might be to low.

Perhaps we are finally starting to see the curve leveling out. It had to happen sometime, but I'm sure it still has a ways to go.

    clock like a Prescott
    cool like a Yonah
    SPi like a CONROE
Take low temp like an INTEL PROCESSOR

Intel should give coolaler unlimited lifetime LN2 supply
1.45volt is no where near limit
    take it higher

    Hi, great result man

Have you actually tried my tweak to disable 1 core? And if so, did it help you any?

Maybe you have to combine my tweak with this if it didn't work: Go to device manager and update the cpu driver under "computer" from ACPI multiprocessor to single processor, I'm sure you know how to do this

Good luck with benching, I can't wait for you to pin-mod your way up to 1.6v

From what I have seen with Meroms - 1.55V "might" be way too hot for Conores as well
