7900GT mem. wont clock anymore?

Hi,

I did the 1.4V mod some weeks ago and the card did ~650@1800MHz.
I fixed the speed to 615@1750 for playing.
Yesterday a saw some artifacts during playing so I reduced the memspeed
and now can I only clock ~1600MHz. The core still do 650MHz.

Do anyone now what has happend?? Is the card broken now or what?
Can I test anything?? I tryed to increase the PCIbus to 102 but no differens.

I use coolbits for clocking!

I had a similar problem when I overclocked the memory over 1800 with a bit of a v mod 2.1. It artifacted at 1820 and then wouldnt run stably over 1600. After about a week the mem could clock up to 1700 stable. Delicate stuff.

I use the new revision of RivaTuner now instead of coolbits and everything is fine again!
