<eMesreveR>Do "girls" ever appear outside the Internet? Can i randomly encounter them?
<Aleph-One>I believe they are a fabrication. Most of the evidence would suggest that they were created in a studio during the Cold War to display our industrial superiority over the Soviet Union.

Wow, 12 AM2 boards in ~2 months? Kinda crazy....guess the DFI NF4 series really gave them a name and they figure they can shoot for the mainstream now as well

Conroe RD600-T2R/G and CFX1150/G seem like they may be the OCer's and crunchers boards of choice come August

BTW, you listed projected dates of engineering sample availability, not mass production

Anyone know which of these boards Oskar will be focusing on? It can't be all of them unless the DFI don't let the poor bloke sleep

Also whats the differance between RD580 and RD600?

From what i've heard the nF590 board is Oskar's work ... for the rest, i don't know.

Edit: RD600 has only 8X/8X PCI-e lanes, but supports DDR3.

The i975x is going to be cheap since it's INFINITY. I hope they will have some kickass SLI m/b's because I'm not a big fan of ATI
    Intel FTW!

    NP.

Willis, nF570 doesn't support Linkboost (performance enhancement with SLI'ed 7900 cards) and that board might not be designed by Oskar. These are two important things to consider, IMO.

Edit: i thought you were refering to the 570SLI version ... disregard the first part of my comment, or just take it as a general remark.

Thanks for the info! I've been waiting for it. =)

A couple of interesting options there, although the 775 boards don't seem to get the same love as a few of the 940 boards.

I find it hard to believe that rd600 doesn't have dual x16 slots though. Why would they have cut back from rd580?

I'm loving the healthy amount of PCI slots, I wonder how well they overclock
