mmm is someone having this issue?

It happens before running either 3dmark06, after ending the benchmark (artifact less) this happens and Screen starts blinking, this also happens in 3dmark03, but if I can game with no problems any kind of game with the same Mhz or more (that SS was at 570/1600 to test) and i can easily play at 590/1800, this started yesterday when I was running 3dmark03, before that i had no issues at 615/1850 in 3dmark06, Im with stock cooling and card no mods (tryed mem mod and after messuring 2.2v The pencil was cleaned with Alcohol...

no but i do get wierd problems like that. not exactly like that though. sometimes 3dmark will just quit and say my drivers arent working correctly.

Hi - this is all I have ATM because I am traveling... I happened to upload this one card "stock" image

I can't believe I wiped my memory card to make more room for new pics on my trip and all the new close-ups (from the zalman install) of the cards are on my home machine. foo!
BTW - with zalman vf700cu's on my cards they OC to 570/1700 with no issues on stock voltage.

Why? You can always measure it with multimeter - and you know what you have done. Then stick a piece od some tape on it, and voila you're done

Yeah - I guess that's true.. measure and undo the mod if you need to... it's not as "eye-ball" as I as thinking.. I was pondering this today in fact.. while walking down a sidewalk. one of those "you know you're a geek when" moments.

My card is Asus EN7900GT

Have/got the same issues as that. Appears to be related to the memory running at too higher frequency/voltage. Dropping the memory speed allows the core to run MUCH higher without any issues.
Also, 2.2 vDD is a little high for these cards, the MAX you'll probably need is ~ 2.17. With 2.15 this card his 1010 mhz benchable (with low core speed) and runs to ~ 930 w/ 2.03v.

After doing the 2.2v Mod i removed the pencil with alcohol, I was just testing, the problem is that a week ago i could bench 600/1800mhz with no problems and now i get artifacts at 2d only at 550/1600 , I think that is something related to 3d -> 2d frecuency changes, because In 3dbenchmarks or games I have no artifacts.. the problem appears when the benchmark ends or when is looping (just blank screen) then continues with the bench...

yes, it's SLI But Vmod don't work on Galaxy thus I've ordered 2 Leatek, wait & see.

The core will go up to 700+ but I've settled for a comfy 650/900 24/7 setting.

I mod to 1.5v these cards are very cool ,with vf700@12v+92mm fan in front of it @ 720 core is hard to rise over 50* Lol

But it seems my ram and cpu are my bottleneck.I'll try to set better my ram ,2-3 months ago i could bench with ram @280+ with no problems ,but now I can't ,that really makes me anger

I don't think so. My stock cooler managed fine at 670mhz

It all depends on your priorities

I WC'd mine that was running stock Volts and clocks 99% of its life, the stock cooler is as noisy as hell and idled at ~ 42C to 58C load wereas using my Fusion HL idle was only ~ 30C and max load of only ~ 43C

Yes, mine do clock very well..totally different from the eVGA I had..even feels like better quality.

Evga 500/1500, Core sucks : 561Mhz, but GDDR rocks, I'm limited by Powerstripe, I reach 997Mhz benchable.
