SI-9XV is no way in hell better than the 90c.. but there are alot larger coolers that would better than the 90c but none of them fit.. atleast on my mobo..

nn_step, I have an Asus PC-DL Deluxe and would like to put 2 xp90c's on the xeons, could you tell me how you mounted them and which ones you used? I see 2 models on Thermalrights website. I've tried searching for the info, but can't find anything about mounting xp90c's on this type of setup. Thanks in advance for anyhelp.

great cooler but by no means the best...... Tuniq Tower and Big Typhoon are among the elite right now. The AC Freezer Pro 64 and the Skythe Ninja are right behind.

actually, the freezer pro isnt that good. Its a few degrees behind the bt, ninja and tuniq. its a hell of alot easier to install though.. also, the ninja is better than bt at pure cpu temps with a stock fan on the bt. but overall, the bt is the best cooler, in that it cools the pwm as well.

"Best cooler" is in the eye of the beholder...... I'm not doubting you but do you have evidence to back up your claim?

evidence of what? ill guess (not being sarcastic or an ass or anything) that you meant the ninja is better at cpu temps? i just went with the reviews i read. as for the tuniq and big typhoon, the tuniq did load the cpu about 3c lower than the bt, but the pwm was in the 50s for the tuniq, and mid 40s for the bt. so overall, i know that the pwm can take very high temps, but really, i like the lower temps nevertheless.
