i've talked with my friend here in italy and he said me that the problem is the vcca@only 1,5V so modding it is possible to go up with the fsb
who already did this mod should try it cuz my friend is a little genius with mods & co

That Cal930 result is excellent on air ..wonder what will happen on LN2 ..wall or not ? Good luck Cal930.

Is this just a case of the cpu having dual cores and one holding back the other so to get a golden cpu you need to be lucky enough to have one with two good cores ? Maybe Intel Yonah is just more fussy for this than AMD or P4 dual ?

    Regards

    Andy

Vcca mod is already done, please refer the URL below:
    http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...84#post1394784

    Now I replace 20ohm-Fixed + 100ohm-VR with VR200ohm-VR.
It depends on Vio how higher you can get the Vcca.
    Vio~3.68V is needed for Vcca=2.5V.
I tried Vcca upto 2.5V, but FSB gain is 5~6MHz.
Still FSB is limited by CPU, unfortunately.

    Anyway, I've got a new T2600ES(stepping:8).
    It's a incredible one...3.4G over with water-cooling
    Vcore: 1.629V, Vcca=2.465V

Or good PF23 Oc results, if it's m/b related of course.

I hope to have one soon to do some FSB tests with a T2300.

I just got a bunch of T2300's, all different weeks ready to test, along with lots of ES

I get my mobo tomorrow, so it should be an interesting day.
