I see your running alot of prosseses in your task bar.

My desktop is running 29 with all the vital bits like antivirus etc. If you can lower yours then the performance will even get better.

I tested it on my laptop in the beginning after clean installation I got 37secs in super pi 1mb. After having 55 procceses running the time jumped to 39secs.
