Odd divisor correct and what it does.

Very interesting ! The ODC option is mentionned in AMD's documentations, but I had no idea about its purpose. I also did not know about the minium 5x memory divider. I'll fix all of this.

Just to be sure I understood well : the ODC changes the memory multiplier as long as the memory divider is odd, is it correct ? (whatever the memory ratio is ?)
