Yeah there may be helpful motherboard modification,
It will also push the strong CPUs more...

Same as me, got my motherboard yesterday.
    I test a stepping:4 T2500 ES and a stepping:8 T2600 ES last night.
The T2500 can 1.42v 227x12 pass dual 32m pi and dual sp2004, But hard to go more.
    The T2600 can 1.435v 233x13 pass dual 32m pi, 1.485v 240x13 pass dual 32m pi.

Bios is 03/23/2006, All adjust in bios, I do not use remote and software.
Seem this chip 3.1G is maximum stable frequency under air cool,
    I will try watercool later

Btw: I found a shortcoming in this motherboard, If the FSB ove 230, when i save the bios, It can't automatism reset, I must turn off the power , wait a second and turn on it.
