I honestly found connecting 31 to 32 to be the easiest method of this. Pin 32 is at ground potential.

I took a sewing needle with the smallest head I could find. Only touch the head of the needle to some conductive paint(it is rear window refogger paint in the picture) not dipping but just getting the very tip and touching between pin 31 and 32 then pin 31 and 30(I was going for 1.55V, obviously just do 31 and 32 if you want 1.45v). If you look even I went overboard with too much paint. It doesn't get much simpler but I can't stress enough how little paint is required. Don't dip the needle just a barely visible amount on the tip.
