I am going to upgrade to Intel (stupid coldbug ) and so I have to upgrade my memory, I think one of these fit's me the best:
SUPER TALENT DDR2 1024/2X1024 - 6400 800@4-3-4-8???V D9DQT / Micron BT-3 chips HS=Silver
SUPER TALENT DDR2 1024/2X1024 - 8000 1000@5-5-5-15???V D9DQT / Micron BT-3 chips HS=Silver
But since I am very new to DDR2, I can't know if the PC8000 also runs at PC6400 timings/speed. What I actually want to ask is which chips are binned the highest? and have the most potential for "low" timings/high speed?

I'll be getting 4 sticks 1gb ddr2, and I have 2 choices in mind.
Which ones should I get? cost is not a issue.
Crucial Ballistix 6400 or Corsair XMS2 6400
Thanks for the help.

Because it will use Micron (probably D9 fat body) chips, which are better for overclocking. Corsair started to use other chips in these series and it is not so sure that you are going to buy a good clocking kit. If you have the money go for the Ballistix, or risk with Corsair. If your purpose is not overclocking to the max, go for Corsair, beause it will give you very good performance and you will save money.

It should be Micron B6-37E , See the another postOriginally Posted by 4ng3ldust
I have test 3 pairs of Ballistix, It can do 3xxMhz on 3-2-2-x or 4xxMhz on 4-3-2-X, But can't stable over 500 Mhz,
I see someone the Corsair can do 4xx-500Mhz 4-4-3-x, But they can't do like Ballistix tight timings
