all you need to do is jam / solder wire between pin 21 and 22 on the right for the extra +0.2V
EDIT: dont need to remove any resistors or do anything else to get up to 1.55V.
Join the two yellow on the right together for +0.2V (1.4V).
Join the top yellow three for +0.15V (1.35V).
If you do both, you get 1.55V.
