    Different 1900CF boards?

What the difference between these CF cards? 3DConnect has 2 DVI connectors whreas the others have 1.
    Any info about performance?
    Thanks.

The CF edition card is the Master card, there is a special "Dongle" that goes over to the secondary card that goes on that connector.

The second card is just a "regular" XXXXX Radeon Card.

It says that it is the Crossfire Edition, yes.
So that would mean "master card" but, the picture is wrong.
AFAIK, all master cards look like the other 3 cards on this page, I think the picture for the Connect3D card is wrong, but the description does say it is the CF edition.

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...ice=&maxPrice=

EDIT: Yes those are the correct accessories for CF card....cable on the right is the "special dongle" for running CF

Whew, as long as its mastercard then its ok...I think all 1900s are the same ATI's reference card.

Probably not which is why I bought just the regular x1900xt. Interestingly you dont need a master card for x1800xt or lower x1xxx series cards on this board.

If i could find another x1800xt that matched mine at 823/981 on water................imagine that on phase or your DI tubes in 01 or the trifecta for that matter.

Nice tubes Dumo, who made those beauties? Hopefully your CF card is a screamer to match up with the XTX

Get an Sapphire X1900 CF card, not the Connect 3D one.
    Trust me on this.
Even if you can find BBATI X1900 CF get one,
latest pcb revision -50 should be same as XTX with 1.1ns ram and the
card is suppose to fly compared to first 1900 CF revison -20 with 1.25ns.

    Anyone try 3Dconnect master?
Yes, and sent it back within three days with some minor issues.

AFAIK there are 2 versions of the master (CrossFire edition) card. I've had for a couple of days the C3D that looked just like the one in the first pic and the manual illustrated the second verison (which had a CF connector much more DVI-looking than the regular one, showed in the first pic). The manual also mentioned the existence of the two versions.
Abit: The original is always best.

@Sioux..Yep, I just got it from rma. This one comes with 2 pci-e connectors.
The old one died by natural cause Too much stress from oc and it was fatal when running FX60 and CF
