High end card 599$
High end card and bragging rights 699
Xtreme over clocking, bragging rights, and world record
Priceless
Calculating, I can see you at 57k+ marks my friend......Hard to follow that.....I have to figure a way to up my VGA's Ram speed OR ATI has to do something about this IF they want to hold the record......They could propably find me a "cold bugless" VGA with good clocks on air so as to reach it 1GHz+1GHz......Originally Posted by k|ngp|n

how did it go????
i was trying to search the orb but i remembered that it wont acept 7900 results yet
It accepts the 7900's now metro ...just havent posted anything yet. First full ln2 session last night and I had some issues with the rig completely shutting down on me when cpu temps got below -165c. Kept happening right in the middle of benching, causing the card to fully freeze up and got ice everywhere on the card because I couldnt keep the card loaded...I thought I killed it at one point but it's all good. Had some other pci-e issues on the p4gd1 that im working on now. I'll be doing more 01' today and hopefully get something on the orb shortly. Ive had better benching nights thats for sure.Originally Posted by metro.cl

NICE RESULT.
now I want 7900GTX very badly ... just ordered two ... will be here next week ...
P.S. Imagine if 7900GTs will clock to 1GHz core under LN2/Dry Ice ...
I hope that is not another p4dg1 on the way out ..Originally Posted by k|ngp|n

Thats a bold statement to make considering that hipro has already set the bar higherOriginally Posted by k|ngp|n

I see what I see, and you see what you see. I can't make you see what I see, but I can tell you what I see is not what you see. Truth is, we see what we want to see, and what we want to see is what those around us see. And what we don't see is... well, conspiracies.

AMD Phenom II X2 550 (Quad Unlocked @ 3.4Ghz / 2200Mhz NB)
Gigabyte GA-MA790X-UD4P (F9 Bios)

LSI MegaRAID 8408E (3x750 R5)
Windows 7 x64 SP1
Cisco E2000 with DD-WRT kernel 2.6
Past records dont matter, its the here and now that does. Must say it looks, with X1900XTX being clocked lower, with lower CPU and being 1k points ahead, that its the better card. Makes me wonder if the 7900GTX I have on the way to replace my (dead) X1900XT in my sig was the right way to go.
Asus P9X79 Pro | i7 3820 @ 4.875GHz | 4x4GB Corsair DDR3-1600| 3x 6970 Lightnings watercooled| Corsair 1200W PSU | Mountain Mods Ascension case |
The GTX clocks higher and therefore it has the possibility to score more than a X1900.Originally Posted by Atomicpineapple
You don't win 3dmark records with clock per clock performance, you win them by overclocking the hell out of them.
And then you'll have to conclude that the GTX is the better card.

More stability doing the hardmod hipro?
Or just to go above the voltages that software allows ?
Nice work m8...wanna see 56k...MINIMUM

If hipro got one of these cards and ran it with his 4130mhz+ dothan, I am pretty sure he would set the bar even higher.
I am having quite a few problems with my p4gd1...it's really killin me. Still working on it. That and ATM there seems to be some sort of a problem with my drag scores. I suspect the high pci-e that is needed to superclock these cards is the source of it.
Well K|ngp|n u rock with those cards for sure, and that is some amazing work on NVIDIA. Damn takes time to get going with it... Good Luck.

ABout 99% sure there is a problem with this p4gd1/high pci-e with the drags in 01'. I need some more time to figure it out.Originally Posted by metro.cl
More importantly I need to figure out how to push the card as far as it can go first. These cards need high pci-e to run right, which can be a double edged sword in some instances, but so far so good.
Good news is got the card stable now for 3dmark 03' at 1030/1065. You know if it can run 03 it's stable as hell :
780m clocked ony at 200x13 and still nearly 31k!!
I think with 3800-3900mhz on the dothan with high fsb, we could be seeing 33k single... again all depends on how the p4g plays:
Getting alot closer to 16k single now..When I originally ran this 05 bench a day or two ago, It thought it was bugged so I didnt post it. Funny thing is, this score is right for the clocks and the 15124 score I posted at the top of the thread is actually the bugged run lol. GT1 fps are more accurate in this one...oh yeah, nice cpu clocks too
I think the 7900gtx may have a shot to take single card 05 record with 1040 or so on the core.
