Water cooling anyone?
It was from a refrigerator I took apart for my phase-change project. Couldn't use it because it was aluminum which is not easy to solder or braze.

Interesting, It looks to have good flow for air and water but again im no expert![]()

alu, thats a no-no. bends will kill flow like none other
Alu = no no no no no no no no

alu = no
condensors as rads = no
Shouldn't antifreeze prevent corrosion? As per the Prestone label "the ultimate protection against corrosion"

but its so much easier to prevent corrosion when there isn't even the oppertunity for it to happen. also, copper fins at least conduct heat to the air much better than alumi ones
and it still has many 180 degree bends which will always be bad for PC water cooling
True, I just thought I would post it as it's an interesting conversation piece since there's not much else I could do with it.... My pc probably couldn't get any more flow restricted than it is now with the Kingwin AWC-1 blocks

well with this rad it WOULD get more flow restricted.. lol. hell it might even dead head the pump if your lucky!
