    Ummm well i can post quotes from wut i recived from Donna(DFI RMA chick), but i dont understand why they must go through this standard procedure... the DIMM slots were messed up not the chipset, anyways sorry for thread jacking, but i got me a nice mobo from Mwave(A.D0) RMA'ing the mobo another 4th time is a pain... since i lose $$ in shipping.

    Well, this makes two companies I will never buy stuff from

    -DFI
    -Mushkin (Hynix DT-D5 XP3200 V2 from PC-3500 Black Lvl2 RMA)

    The only company I have ever known not to be flexible with their RMAs is PNY... Perhaps you need to use more eloquent methods of dealing with them...
    Heck Mushkin was willing to exchange my TCCC ram for TCCD ram..
    you just have to talk to them right...

    It is a little difficult when they either:

    1) send you ram with parts falling off
    2) send you ram that they swear does not exist
    3) say that my warranty is void, because I switched my motherboards, and now they will no longer support my products. Then I find they are selling all the returns/extras on XS forums

    No thanks. I will choose a new manufacturer.
