yes Vddr is the voltage going to your memory and Vcore is the volts going into your CPU

So if it is not the temps and maybe it is memory, then I guess it is a bad batch of cpu i got.

Yeah it happens.. it isn't bad.. is just doesn't hit the 3.0-3.2Ghz range that is hoped for but it is pretty good by most standards..

I am currently trying the mem settings that you gave me, and I am running Prime95 now and my temps are 38-39c full load, is that good temps for full load?But how can it be with the same stepping and everything is identical, that he got a better chip with identical to mine, strange. Should I lower any of my settings below?

and see if you can lower the Vddr because TCCD doesn't like alot of volts

Ok I set the volts to 2.66 but for some reason it shows 2.61. Will run Prime95 for 8+hrs

move the max async latency up a little more, and the read preamble up a little more, my async is: 8 and my read is 5, what should I try?

i know it is loose, but the majority of the time you loosen that you can get higher clocks. but it doesn't matter now, since you finally found out its probably the cpu causing your problems, not the ram

ex2cib, in this case that I cant get the ram 265 it will be the ram, and in a case that i cant boot 300*10 or 9 then it is the cpu, so will get the new ram and see, i dont loose anything, just get good memory 2gb. we will see. I just have weak ram and are 100% under what they say in there specs about.

if you think the ram is under their specs just RMA them.. it should be completely covered

I get 500mhz out PC-3200 which is not bad and I will use in my NF2 or NF3 250gb, and I already did this is my second stick. I will buy the mem you recommended and soon get VapoChill. I am still run Prime95, running for about 18hrs.
