easiest way to find out is grab a mulitmeter and have a go at it. both values are
probably off, though the boards (p4gd1) do overvolt a bit - unlike the other asus
p4 boards that seem to undervolt somewhat.
the bios value +.1v should be where your actual vcore is at - if you're using a
p4gd1 that is. so everest may be close - but you'll never be certain, if you don't
measure it yourself on the board.
