Welcome to XS Glad to have your support here. As the proud owner of two sets of BH-5 4000's the only thing I would like to see is the volts at the rated speed put on the sticks. Thanks

    Hello
I noticed you have DDR2 at 1066Mhz. Pretty impressive. Will it work at other speeds (slower I mean)? Is it recognized instantly or does it need the speed to be set manually in the bios? Will it boot the computer up at a slower default speed which then you can go into bios and set to proper speed? Do you need to have some other working memory to allow you to boot into bios
    and set up this memory?
Thank you in advance for your answers.
As for suggestions, they are probably always the same.... faster ram lower latencies lower voltages for fast ram. It seems the only way memory makers can get fast Mhz out of ram is to OVER volt it. Running what should be run at 1.8v at 2.2v or more. I would like to see these speeds reached without having to crank up the voltage stressing the chips and shortening there life. Alot of money is paid for these high speed memory modules I'd rather not fry them.
