    actually i can say these crosfire results are bad when you compare it with the efficiency of sli..

    GTX512-->9.6K
    XTX--->11.5K

    2*GTX512-->19.2K
    2*XTX---->19.5K

    oh yeah hats off for ati and crossfire they sure rule
    I would venture to say there is some bottlenecking going on by the cpu

    how did you come up with this equation? Im getting almost 14k on air with a single xtx, and 16k has also been done with a single xtx. but I sure agree with you on the lack of efficiency. 16k-19.5k is a very poor performance gain although I don't totally blame it on the GPU's. CPU is obviously at fault, although SLI is much more performance efficient then CF.

    Thats not a very good comparison though of CF and SLI effeciencty to use a set of #'s that are run with stock settings and stock cooling. and the next set of #'s with CF/SLI to be over clocked to the max with extreme cooling.

    Point is though its not efficient in the least. OCd or stock.
