P4GPL-X shows about 10 degrees higher temp at full load.. same CPU/cooler compared with a P4P800 SE (or P4P800-E).
Why is VCore setting in Bios a problem for this board suddenly?
The board I had for a while overvolt'ed quite a bit..tested with both Pentium M or Celeron M (2 of each).
My Celeron M's (350 and 360) didn't respond to higher VCore at all.. they actually wouldn't boot if I set VCore any higher than 1.4.
Is this "VCore-problem" related to newer P4GPL-X boards or a specific (new) Bios-versjon? (I just ordered another P4GPL-X to use with a 740M I have as a spare...To long to wait for Yonah, Merom)...![]()
