the early San diegos had them. I've seen a CABHE 0505 and 0515 and absolute recalls a 0518. For sure they exist.

D is indeed a 2x512L2 cache cpu. Yours more than likely IS a CABHE or I guess it could be LABHE (which would be the first I've seen) or a AABHE. Yes the BH controller exists on a Sandy, but just not with D as the second letter.....It would be interesting though, if yours was REALY a LDBHE....I'm curious now
