    They get warm to touch and I am tring to squeeze every last bit of performance out of this setup. I thought the cooler the better. right?

    im actually plannin a buncha mods like this. finally found the microcool mini sinks to sink ALL chokes, the pwm area and the various IC's that get hot (also directed by the thermal images of the sli-d boards)

    good work there man, now im just trying to find a VERY cool chipset solution that will allow my big vid cards to work installed in SLi

    do chokes even create heat? you sure they arent being heated by surrounding components? in which case adding hs's to them would heat them up moreso.

    Just got my mobo back from RMA so it's getting set up for phase and I decided I'd put some heatsinks on the hotspots from the thermal images on bigbruin. Here's the result:



    Anywhere else I should sink?
