It has everything to do with it.....but what's odd is that your psu is showing fluctuations on the rails. Mine barely budged at all, even on load - MAYBE .01-.02 at absolute max. Yours is showing different voltages during idle.....
hehe....at first I too was a bit concern about the fluctuation so I use my handy DMM to measured all rails, they're rock solidduring prime they don't move at all but occationally shift either up or down 0.01v that's about it, DFI sensors have a mind of its own, same thing happen with the PCP&C 510 SLI as well
I have loads of crap (including two integrated amplifiers, my file server, laptop, AND the phase change) connected to the APC smartUPS 1400, during dual prime the UPS load was at 76~78% so I believe this Zippy still have plenty of headroom left
Check this out: I'm priming at 3.25Ghz @1.55v now, Smartguardian and MBM gives me different voltage readings, all 12v, 3.3v, and 5v are off!! my DMM shows 12.08v and didn't move one bit when I took this screenshot, so I think the MBM is more accurate than the Smartguardian
