    I know posts aren't much without screen shots, but I took my 6800GS(stock cooling/stock volts...just plain stock) up to 544/1220. I don't have 3dmark05(I have 03, but I didn't bother doing a test this time), instead I ran it on rthdribl for a couple minutes, until the temps shot up.

    approx. 20minutes later. I'm running at 497/1130, just played a few circuits in nfsu2. Running great, but I have to keep my case open, and boy is it loud!!!

    Oh btw, mine is an EVGA 6800GS PCI-e, stock clock is 425mhz

    RIDDICK the bios vmod worked for you ? I haven't tried yet, but a friend tried it and didn't gain anything...

    What the heck? I made a post on here last night, and now its gone.

    Basically I benched mine on 3dmark06, got a 2762.

    Anyone else benched it on 3dmark06 yet?

    Did you compare the FPS?

    I have this with my 6600 GT when hitting 685, kinda throttling

    Yes,is the cpu....i have bench with 2700mhz....you have bench with 2400...

    I was a bit disappointed with the scores.. as my X800Pro easily outperforms this (in the same and "slower" rig).
    Didn't help much to unlock pipes.. probably mostly because one pixel unit was giving artifacts="damaged".
    Okay then, no new graphics card for me, my 6800LE does 5k @ 12x6vp.
