    this as simple as ugly design is how i mean to do the hold down







    as you can see
    the plate is in pure alluminium and measures in millimeters 100 x 100 x 12
    the bar is in steel inox and measures in mm 150 x 15 x 5

    what do ya think about?

    How thick are the walls till the first stair. 1cm? (looks a bit thick!) but hey.. succes

    however first the walls are 5mm thick than after a depth of 10cm they become 1cm thick
