I don't think it has to do with CPU voltages. I turned off the .2v overvolt w/ 1.275v and just cranked the main voltage control up to the max(1.5625 I think) and I still had the warm boot bug. The CPU is 24 hours dual prime + 3dmark 2k5 stable @ 1.47v so 1.5625v should be more than enough to get it to boot if that was the issue.
