i think ~26.7 at 3Ghz is possible, i've just more tested at 3350Mhz

I've thought of this some time ago, a ratio, and could never come up with something that was true for actual time and mhz. I should have payed better attention in school. This is good though. Maddening however.

Ooops sorry guys. At first I thought we are dividing by the cpu's default speed instead of an arbitrary number like 2000.
