    My ZX does 273Mhz 5-2-3-3.0-1T in 32M/P95 but when I finally got a chance to run some 3D on I had to drop to 255MHz to avoid freezing and stuttering. Since then, I have played with three another Infineon Rev.C 2GB kits (different manufacturers) and all have same characteristics. Nothing helps, literally - hours of tweaking, voltage, timmings, Command Rate, BI Off...

    But still, ZX price makes it very, very attractive regardless

    Told ya Pretty much everyone experiences that with Infineon pushed to the MAX 2D-stable clocks. Some have to drop few MHz, some have to drop more... Something clearly sits in the IC and just pushes the wrong button there
