My ZX does 273Mhz 5-2-3-3.0-1T in 32M/P95 but when I finally got a chance to run some 3D on I had to drop to 255MHz to avoid freezing and stuttering. Since then, I have played with three another Infineon Rev.C 2GB kits (different manufacturers) and all have same characteristics. Nothing helps, literally - hours of tweaking, voltage, timmings, Command Rate, BI Off...
But still, ZX price makes it very, very attractive regardless
