dont know last night i realized that and tryed to improove my sp2m time but always crashed finishin the 22nd iteraction (the same happended with 4x).

next cascade results will by with x7.

i dont really know its a cascade that a hardware store bought a while ago it should be -10°C or arounf that, i also have a dry ice tube (homemade) that i'll try if i coldbug with the cascade (i have to put something between the tube and cpu).

p.d. 32m result isnt tweaked or improoved havent really tryed to lower it i might get a better one, summer is killing me today we had 30°C thats 81°F im benching at night but temps dont go donw a lot

very nice chip you got there but you will run into coldbug problems for sure.
cascade is too much for an opti unless you have a non coldbug chip.
don't expect too much because everything under -40°C will cause trouble on most of the opti chips.
very nice air cooling results but I would recommend to try it on a common single stage first!

How cold will that be actual temp with a single stage?

Is -30 to -40 cold enough to impact anything to get it near 3.8+ghz? What is the record so far with one of these Opty's. Over 3.9?

single stage does -10 to -5ºC with load so it might be good then i'll try dice to see if the chip can take it, im on vacation i left it burning in, (50hours straight) i dont think that would be a problem right?? i did like 25 more hours before i left after i got this scores.

@opb did you try the opty under cascade or something sub zero?? how did it do?

Very nice chip, I would recommend tryin on a vapo LS, then you can find coldbug, cause its properly around -15 / -20 deg C´

Tested 3 148's under dry ice and cold bug was arround -25/-30ºC on CPU core. At the limit of cold bug they did between 3450 and 3500Mhzs benchable.
Steps: 0528 CABNE / 0536 CABYE / 0543 CABYE (the best on ice was the 0543)

My friends 148 Opteron didnt like -20 deg C on vapoLS (-58 head I think...), he had to overvolt it and run SPI before being able to run 01SE, DRAM respons @ slow in order to easien the job for the memcontroller
