955XE Dual Core @ 6+ Ghz on Vapo

    http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=58373

Bios 0606 doesnt overclock so well past 300FSB abd booting past 280 is not possible at any speed.

I will switch back to 0519 as it worked fine but I wanted to check for changes to crossfire with this bios.

    Unpublishable due to driver version.

    2k1 run at 5.6
    http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=8834019

Working on benches @ higher speeds atm.

Voltages for 65nm cores is an uncharted area...not really sure what you want to keep the voltages around but 1.55v sounds like there a lot of left in these cores...

EDIT: looks like you need the newest CPU-Z version...

I am putting my foot to the floor with three stage tomorrow, if it pops then I think that has a good chance to be the limit the cpu can take.

    This mobo can deliver 1.8v

1.8v (if it works) and 3-stage...I am going to predict 6.85Ghz.

I use ati tool to kick fans to high and use winclk adjust both cards at once. I bump them up to 553/600 as I know this is a very safe speed to get benches off at.

hey fugger, set Hyperpath3=auto, then, raise MCH=1.65v, fsb can easily get over 350 in bios boot !
    try it.
maybe ur 5.6G pi_1m can break 23sec with better cfg.
my 5.45G pi_1m= 23.816sec (mem is not so good)
    Intel maybe 200mhz 1sec in pi_1m benching.

    waiting for ur 7Ghz 955xe under LN2

of course ! I bet on that, fugger will give us the best X'mas Gift
If my DI bought 3 days ago is pure enough.
You will see 6ghz+ 955xe at that time.

    but...poor mine.

    anyway. I've done 4.95G pi_32m on Air, 22min35sec
