On a VIA motherboard? I know oldschool overclockers used Via, but arent their motherboards just plain sh.t now?

EDIT: Thats a real effort. Good Work!

Zerothehero- What stepping is that ? I've got one I can't get over 250x 10 without going over 1.55V.

This cpu is the best x2 cpu on a big italy forum. I had great luck to have it.
Is it useful this screen to recognise the stepping?

It should be more useful a dfi motherboard with nforce 4..but I'm not a professional overclocker..
I have an asus a8vdeluxe and a zalman that it's not so good on 12v line (10.94 v instead of 12.00volt).

the stepping can be read only on the IHS of the cpu, it's needs you to take off your zalman

It's not too good of an idea to post your full serial number of an overclocked cpu. It's always better to be safe than sorry.....edit your post asap. Great cpu you've got there!

@POL: Your cpu's nice as well, but it's a completely different cpu than the OP's. The only thing similar between your cpu and his is that it was made on the same day of the week -

Thanks...unfortunately asus a8vdeluxe seems to undervolt the voltage of cpu.
When I set 1.325volt (default voltage of a x2) in windows there is 1.300volt.
However no problem for stability even deeply overclocked.

And zalman 400watt give me only 10.90volt on 12volt line I should replace this stuff.

Not rock solid. 32mb is not sufficient to declare a rock solid cpu.
At 3giga@1.550volt the cpu is too hot (55 degree, 7700cu zalman) and the chipset reaches 73 degree (kt800pro is passively cooled).
So even it's a piece of cake to bench @3000mhz 1.550 volt (on windows 1.500volt) to Reach perfect stability (10-12 house prime 95 ) I prefer to use this cpu@2700mhz 1.325 volt...because at this lower voltage than default it's cool.
I should use liquid cooling to declare this cpu rock solid@3000mhz.

LOL i suggest you measure your vcore with a Digital multimeter because you cant do that high OC when undervolting!
