    Scored 44500 in Mark2001 with 3134MHz CPU speed =)
Thats about the max this poor CPU can handle with this cooling. So 44500 is the final 2k1 score for now. Card was at 847/968 for Nature..
I'll upload more pics etc once this OC session is done. In the meantime you may want to make a guess about 2k1 Nature FPS

Now I'll try to get Mark05 above 12k.

Kinc, Yea 2k1 would love 3.8GHz Dothan w/ this video speed

Sampsa & co have run it at 882/976 for 3D 05 using LN2.

The reason the R520 hasn't even reached LN2 cooled R480 speeds (I got X850XTPE up to 904 core for Mark05 run) could be that we are still useing very low GPU volts. I'm at 1.45V and the card default is 1.33V, with X850 the default was 1.5V and around 2.06V or so was optimal.
The card might need a certain resistor mod for higher (3D stable) volts..

ENGLISH in the forums please, no one minds a line or two of something else but this is getting quite silly.

    It wasn't only English

Anyway, for the VAST majority of users here, not using English is gibberish, as everyone here knows English but not everybody who has English as a second language knows the same first language.

Anyway, back to Macci's acheivements: !!

All that at only 3.1GHz and 1.45V on the core is just insane, can't wait till you get a new CPU (780ES would be nice ) and get a vmod working at higher volts.

explain to me what a B1 is and why i want a regular retail chip instead? (intel noob here, im jumping on the dothan wagon though)

edit: QUOTE=Troman]he spoke well ,there are rules to be followed on this forums and speaking english is one of the easyst ones don't you think?
Gibberish is just a way of giving it a name ,not harm behind it ...
    [/QUOTE]
my gripe wasnt the rule, but the wording. a simple edit into the offending post saying "english only plz! -UnG" would have done it.

B1 is just an earlier version of the dothan core, the ones used in 400fsb dothans but the 533 ES's are those 400fsb chips modded to 533fsb rather than the newer real 533 chips

Because they are already unlocked for lower multipliers. The only benefit of getting an ES Dothan is that it's an early chip, which in this case isn't a benefit at all, because the newer ones clock farther

actually, 780 ES chips are all of c0 stepping and OC as good as retail/oem ones.
afaik kingpin benched 3d with 3.9ghz 780 ES
only drawback for ES chip is that starting from about ~3.2ghz they have low-mult-high-fsb-bug, meaning only with def (17x) mult it's possible to have high fsb.
I'm sure kingpin and others can comment further on.
i have OEM 780 and so far it doesn't have this kind of bug, my highest screen with water+pelt so far
though it hasn't been under ln2 yet so i really doesn't know if it's bug-free at higher frequencies..
would gladly pay a visit to macci (85km trip to north) but don't have plans to go to Finland.. and i'm pretty sure he gets his own 780 in few days
