32m Low Clock Challenge

crap eva2000, that is one of the lowest clock 23min. I have seen recently. I've seen a couple. (I've been getting blasted for having too much time on my hands) If you care to you could be in the 32m Lowclock Challenge, I think it will hold the top spot for awhile.

I could have improved by tightening the subtimings, unfortunately i don't have this RAM anymore...
