noobs hear it from a friend or whatever then look it up on google thats the way it usualy happens.
Or they sign up to a hardware forum to get help with a problem they got with some hardware, after that they go browse around on the forum etc.
Alot of people that dont know much about hardware beyond the power button quickly underestimate stuff they read about.
Some of these people actualy try to read more info about some mods etc before doing them and get skilled others do them without knowing what theyr doing and r the people that RMA hardware they themselves killed.

Not that it would have any effect on AA/AF, but my memory is at 217mhz actual speed (10x260- 333) at 8-3-3-3.
