Hmm, am I the only one who feels that "available now" sounds fishy?.

yeah i think this will b the revision were u wont need a mastercard to use Crossfire but can use 2 slave cards.

if these 2nd revision motherboards r on the market quick i doubt ATI and partners will sell alot of mastercards.

I dunno Looks like the cat came and vomited all the milk onto the board and it stuck.

How extreme is that supposed to look in a black or silver case ...and whatever happened to the red xfire boards

I dont need 4v vdimm...what I need is a radeon xpress 200 chipset at $140 comparable to an Ultra D

    Dude...wtf, hotlinking images that large...

Looks awesome..but I'm gonna go the Expert SLI-DR way....I'm not gonna stray from NF4 this time...too stable, cheap(er), very good features...overclockability through the roof...and you know then DFI makes an enthousiast board...then it's awesome...

do you guys not know how to post thumbnails? for crying out loud..

The board looks fine to me, I don't use windowed cases. I'm enough of a geek without the handicap of having my PC guts on display.

Beside I kinda like the white, it's different and lord knows how sick I am on flourescing orange and green. The inside of my computer case looks a kiddy circus instead of a PC. Maybe with the white it will be easier to see.

    Hope they clock like snot

I think he was referring to the size of your pics. I know we are XS and all, but the size of those pics have have been a bit too Xtreme. Maybe post up thumbnails linked to high-res shots next time. Super high-res shots like that can kill a 56k connection.

Not trying to be mean or anything, Just some helpful advice for the future. Good pics, though.

Wont we still need mastercards for CrossFire operation in non-ATI based mobos such as Intel 955x..?? I was under the impression that one of Crossfires benifits was the ability to run on non-ATI chipsets

i wonder whether or not they replaced cheapo caps with the good stuff or just pretended to by delaying the board.

who cares, maybe letting us know what was going on would be nice, but no, why would sapphire do that? just pretend like nothing is wrong and ignore anyone that asks about it. that makes much more sense, i guess i might still buy this board, but if released like the AT one that was reviewed on the day it was released i would own one now, now its going to need to perform better then that to get my dollars.

Isn't this that old xpress 200 board that we've heard about.. idk, since April?? Looks suspiciously like it. Red connectors, only one PCI-e slot. Hmm..

why is this worth 100$ over a nf4 board? Seems like that money could be better spent on oh i dont know......better video card, memory, processor ect.

Even if this got 350fsb easily a DFI board for 140$ could get get the same performance. However a video card 100$ cheaper than a 7800GTX isnt going to quite compare the same way
