They could be the center of wafer dies...they should have the same characterstics in theory, but something is irking me a little. Namely, does anybody have a good pic of a nakid SD? It also strikes me that they are different than most SDs. It does seem that SDs like less volts than say, Venices, but these opterons are extremely low-volt, more so than SDs.
