    Hmm, just did some research and came up with this:
    The PCB is a B6U808---this is a brainpower right?
    On the chips it reads X4E510840A-50----I have researched and the values are supposed to have Elpida chips, anybody know what the rest of this code means?
    Also on the chips it says 04 40----That means the 40th week of 04 right?
    I knew these were old, but didn't know they were that old.

    It didn't boot @CAS2, and I am having problems getting it above 226 (DDR452), It won't even get into memtest at 227 (DDR454) , at 226 (DDR452) it is perfectly fine and can run for hours (havn't tried longer, I'm impatient )

    The IC part # that was listed designates it as Infineon Die, which is why you see better than normal results. For Value, we generally use various blank dies, depending on availability, and for a short while we used Infineon die to manufacture OCZ4001024V3 / OCZ4002048V3DC-K.

    A quick way to know what die it is, is as follows:

    X4I120840B-50
    The "I" in "X4I" designates Infineon Die.
    E -> Elpida Die
    P -> PSC Die
    W -> Winbond Die
    etc..
    So I definitely have Elpida's, anyone ever dealt with these before?
    I doubt these will go much further if at all, but I cant complain cuz i got them for free
