Not sure if I'm the first to post this. Came out this past weekend, and I was given a kit to test.
Got to play with it a bit over weekend and it's super easy to setup. Alot easier than Micron -5b or Infineon BE-5 chips. Of course, that could in part be due to me having had a good tune already with BE-5 down etc.... But overall I would say these are indeed easier to setup.
I'll grab some more shots later, I'm "backing up" a dvd on that machine now.
Just a couple of shots right now.
I can run it up to about 255-257 at 3-4-3-8 1T@2.73v(2.7 +0.03v in dfi) and 270 or so at 3-4-4-8 1T same voltage.
orig shots are with 4600+ X2, future shots will be with 3800+ X2 just FYI. I needed to move the 4600+ to another machine.
Overall, I'd say a good kit of memory. A bit pricey, but I think it's less than the OCZ 4000 kit. I could be wrong though, correct me if I am.
Now if I could only get another kit to test 4gb![]()
